Returns

As the majority of our items are made to order we generally do not accept returns.

The items we make by their very nature are pretty robust and are therefore unlikely to be damaged in transit and we always try to ensure the item is well packed to endure the sometimes arduous task of being handled by the postal system.

However, we want happy customers, so we are always prepared to look at any issues you may have to find an amicable solution.
