Welcome To The 1805 Wood Cottage
We are a small business based in rural Worcestershire. We specialise in unique, handcrafted items made predominantly from upcycled wood. The inspiration for starting 'The 1805 Wood Cottage' was triggered by us acquiring a quantity of retired hops poles from a local farm.
Since then we have set about the process of designing and making interesting and unique items for the home using the hops poles, upcycled wood and other naturally sourced materials.
We even designed and built our own workshop using the hops poles!
We've also introduced a range of rustic wall art, using a combination of upcycled and natural materials, along with a range of Pyrography based wall art that feature details that are burnt into the wood base.
We hope you enjoy exploring our selection of hand crafted items and find something interesting, original and unique.
